Delta’s Development Foundation is a non-profit organization that was created as a response to the increasing numbers of "at-risk" individuals in California and the need for a more comprehensive approach to serving them. Our mission is to develop systemic approaches to combat poverty and homelessness among men and women, senior citizens, veterans, individual’s re-entering society after prison, those with disabilities, their families, and to enhance family economic security and well-being.
